My favorite dish is a Katsu-don, a Japanese deep-fried cutlet rice bowl. Katsu-don is a Japanese dish with a deep-fried cutlet and onion bound with eggs on rice. I order it at a restaurant or pick it up at a convenience store. The last time I ate it was two weeks ago. I have it at least once a week. Why do I like katsu-don so much? I like Japanese food. We usually season them with Japanese Dashi. I love the taste of Dashi. I miss it whenever I travel abroad.
